  • Greetings one and all.

So, you ask, what has been going on around here? Lots, thats what we would say.

Seniors came back from Rome, oh, a week ago. They had a good time
there. They rested over the weekend, then dived back into school.

Thursday night, some of our guys, with permission, of course, went and
pranked Wittlingen by taking their student fridge and all contained
within and hiding it in one of their garages, while leaving behind a
note saying that they had taken it with them to the dorm. Also, they
moved the tables to resemble the letter S, for effect. So the next
morning, the girls had to have breakfast with only 2 liters of milk
    left behind.

On Friday, there was class parties. The freshmen went to the Benjamin's
house and did fun and games, and such stuff. Sophmores played dodgeball
and other phyisical sports in the gym, and had snacks to follow.
Juniors dressed up nice and had speed dating, with a sheet of
questions, in the auditorium. Seniors played a game on all four stories
of the main building, in the dark, called Assassin, or some other name
like that. Everybody enjoyed their parties and thought they were
    interesting.

Saturday, vball guys were away at Frankfurt. Also, XC went to Ktown, to
a big meet. Both did well and returned later that day. This weekend
seemed to be the prime weekend for parents to come, as many have
visited, like the Holland's mother, BenB's mom, the Olson family, Lukas
and the Posts went home, and lots of other people coming and going.

Sunday, almost normal. String Thing, with Daweed and Shin, went and
played at the Schindler's church up in Kaiserslautern and returned
later that afternoon. Church, came back to the dorm, lunch. But the
night was different. At 5, all the students went to BFA, where they got
in other dorm's vans and went to other dorms. ResLife came up with a
fun idea for the evening, allowing other people to see each others
dorms. Each dorm had a slightly formal dinner, followed by dancing,
such of the sort of swing and ballroom. The Web, now spacious with teh
wieght machine and benches gone, was decked out in Christmas lights,
which warmed it up, and the couches were arrayed around it, giving an
open space in the middle for dancing. Everybody had a great time and a
memorable evening. THen many people came back and did homework. The
weather was beautiful, sunny, scattered clouds, not too chilly or warm.
But today, monday, its rainy, as usual. Oh well. Herbste Messe is
coming up, and guys are thinking about Christmas Banquet alreayd,
scheming on how they are gonna ask, if they haven't already. So, yeah,
thats the situation right now. We'll make another update as soon as
something happens and we have time to write about it.
