Sorry for the liberal use of the word "Tomorrow." Since tomorrow never comes, there may have never been a post. Sorry 'bout that.
Two weeks ago (three days before the previous post), on Friday, there was Fall Party. The theme was Movies and TV shows. Of course, all the guys outdid themselves. The seniors dressed up as Sesame Street and also learned the Haka and performed it on stage. Brian took part in "High School Musical." Jonny, Megan, and some others took part in "Malibu's Most Wanted." It was a good party. Luke and Johny A were Indy Jones, Daniel T was Johny Cash. The rest of the guys also had some very good costumes. They quite enjoyed themselves and the rootbeer floats that followed.
Last week was SEW (Spiritual Emphasis Week). A speaker and band came in from the states to speak to the students for a week. His message was quite excellent, and the music was envigorating. They came up and visited, combined Blauen-Sonne one night, and they learned about Bullseye Ball, a game we have, and they got addicted. We showed them the dorm heirlooms, and did a dogpile for them. We also creeked two of them in the official Sonne way. It was a grand time. They loved it, too.
This weekend is girls volleyball and tennis homegames, with guys volleyball traveling to compete against the International School of Basel. Seniors leave in a week for Rome trip, and Juniors leave shortly after for Paris and Normandy. On October 17th, the school is going to watch a soccer game between the USA and Switzerland. The upcoming schedule is quite packed but appears to be quite easy going and fun.
Enjoy the pics!
So, the pictures are of creeking the SEW guys, creeking Lucas, fall party, and some other random stuff.
